With specialized training in deep tissue, hot stone, low back treatment, she sees a wide array of clients. Known for her strong intuitive touch that sooths muscle aches and tension, she deals with anyone from the average stressed individual to the injured and overworked. Her techniques are mainly Swedish based, specializing in deep tissue work as well as some active release techniques, joint mobilizations, trigger point and myofascial release. She realizes the importance of treatment based massage and finds the best results with deep manual work, but always finishes a massage with light relaxing techniques to ground her clients so that they leave relaxed and revitalized.
